Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website angelgaragesd.com, which is operated by Angel Garage Door Inc. By accessing, browsing, or using this website, or by submitting a request through it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use this website.
If you are using this website or requesting service on behalf of a company, property owner, or homeowners association, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
These Terms cover use of the website and the general basis on which we offer services. A specific job may also be governed by a written estimate, work authorization, or invoice provided at the time of service. Where a signed job document and these Terms conflict, the job document controls for that job.

Services Described on This Website
This website describes the garage door services we offer, including repair, spring replacement, opener repair and installation, cable and roller work, off-track recovery, panel and hardware replacement, maintenance, new door installation, and service for residential, HOA, property-managed, and light commercial properties.
Service descriptions, guides, photographs, and any figures shown on this website are general and illustrative. Doors, openers, and openings differ, and what applies to one property may not apply to another. Availability of a particular service depends on the property, the condition of the equipment, parts availability, and scheduling. Information on this website may be updated or corrected at any time without notice, and we do not warrant that every page is complete or current at all times.
Nothing on this website is an offer that becomes binding simply because you read it. A commitment to perform specific work at a specific price exists only once we confirm it for your property.
Quotes, Estimates, and Service Requests
Submitting the request form, calling, or emailing us is a request for us to contact you. It does not create a contract, does not guarantee that we can take the job, and does not schedule an appointment until we confirm it with you directly.
Requesting an estimate through this website is free and places you under no obligation to proceed.
An estimate reflects the work we recommend based on the information available at the time, including what you told us, any photographs you sent, and what we observed on site. Conditions that could not be seen during inspection (such as damage behind finished surfaces, concealed hardware, corrosion inside an assembly, or a part that has been discontinued) may change the scope or the price. If that happens, we will explain the change and obtain your approval before performing additional work.
An estimate covers the items listed in it. It is not a commitment to replace related components that are not listed, and it does not represent that no other part of the system will need attention later.
Scheduling, Access, and Cancellations
Appointment times are arranged directly with you by phone or email. This website does not include an online booking calendar, and no appointment is confirmed until we confirm it with you.
Arrival windows are estimates. Traffic, weather, parts availability, and the length of earlier jobs can affect timing, and emergency calls may occasionally shift a scheduled visit. We will let you know if timing changes materially.
To let us complete the work, you agree to provide safe and lawful access to the door and the work area at the agreed time. That includes any gate codes or entry instructions, somewhere for the service vehicle to park, notice of pets or hazards, and clearing vehicles and stored items away from the opening and the overhead path.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as you reasonably can. If access is unavailable, the site is unsafe, or an approval you agreed to obtain (such as HOA sign-off) has not been secured, we may need to reschedule the visit. Where special-order items have already been purchased for your job, those items may remain your responsibility on the terms stated in the order acknowledgment.
We may decline or discontinue work where conditions are unsafe, where the requested work would not be appropriate for the equipment, or where we cannot confirm authority to authorize work at the property.
Safety Responsibilities
Garage doors use high-tension springs, lift cables, and powered operators that can cause serious injury or property damage if handled incorrectly.
While waiting for service, you agree not to attempt spring winding or unwinding, cable replacement, or other high-risk adjustments, and not to force a door that is crooked, binding, or off track. Do not increase opener force settings to push a door through resistance. If a door is stuck open or will not close, leave it as it is unless we have given you specific guidance, and keep people, pets, and vehicles clear of the opening.
You also agree to follow reasonable safety instructions we give you by phone or on site, and to keep the work area clear of people, including children, while we are working.
Parts, Brands, and Availability
We select parts appropriate to your door and opener system. Exact original-equipment matches are not always available for older or discontinued products. Where a substitute part is used, we will explain the substitution and its compatibility before installing it.
Special-order panels, glass, custom finishes, and uncommon hardware are subject to manufacturer lead times and availability that are outside our control. Colors and finishes shown in photographs on this website are illustrative and may differ from the actual product because of manufacturing variation and how images appear on different screens.
Title to installed parts passes on the terms stated in the invoice or work authorization for that job.
Pricing and Payment
This website does not process payments. There is no checkout, shopping cart, or online payment form here, and we will never ask you to enter payment card details on this website.
Pricing for a specific job is confirmed with you before work begins. Payment is due as stated on the invoice or work authorization for that job, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Payment methods accepted, any deposit required for special-order items or larger scopes, and any account terms for commercial customers are communicated at the time of service rather than published here, because they can vary by job.
Any cost figures that appear in our guides are general planning ranges gathered for educational purposes. They are not quotes, they are not price commitments, and actual pricing depends on the specific opening, parts, and conditions at your property.
Where permitted by law, unpaid balances may be subject to reasonable collection costs.
Warranties
Manufacturer warranties on parts, where they exist, are provided by the manufacturer and run between you and that manufacturer, except where we expressly agree to pass through or administer a warranty.
Any workmanship warranty for a specific job will be described to you at the time of service and stated in the job documentation. Where one applies, it generally requires that you notify us within the stated period and give us reasonable access to inspect the issue.
Warranties typically do not cover damage from vehicle impact, misuse or improper operation, lack of maintenance, work or alterations performed by others, weather events, power surges, pests, or ordinary wear. Except where the law provides otherwise, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the content on this website, including text, service descriptions, guides, photographs of our work, graphics, icons, page layouts, design elements, the Angel Garage Door Inc name and logo, and the underlying code, is owned by Angel Garage Door Inc or used with permission, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
You may view this website, and print or download individual pages for your own personal, non-commercial reference in connection with considering or receiving our services. You may not otherwise copy, republish, distribute, modify, frame, or create derivative works from our content, and you may not use it for commercial purposes, including republishing it on another website or in a competing directory, without our prior written permission.
If you would like to reference or reuse something from this website, contact us at angelgaragedoorinfo@gmail.com.
Third-Party Trademarks and Brand References
We service and install equipment from a range of manufacturers, and we name those brands on this website so that you can find information relevant to the equipment you actually own. Brand names, logos, and product names referenced on this website (including LiftMaster, Chamberlain, Genie, Craftsman, Wayne Dalton, Clopay, Amarr, Linear, Raynor, and Overhead Door) are the trademarks of their respective owners.
These references are made for identification and descriptive purposes only. Unless we state otherwise in writing, they do not indicate that we are an authorized dealer for, or affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by, any of those manufacturers.
Content You Submit to Us
This website does not host public comments, reviews, forums, or user profiles. The only content you can submit through it is the request form.
When you send us a message, photographs of your door, or other job-related material, you confirm that you have the right to send it and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights. You give us permission to use that material for the purpose of responding to your request, diagnosing the issue, preparing an estimate, performing the work, and keeping records of it.
We may also take photographs of the door, hardware, and surrounding opening to document condition, support an estimate, and address warranty or insurance questions. We avoid capturing unnecessary personal belongings where practical. We will not use identifiable photographs of your property in our public marketing without your permission.
Please do not send us sensitive personal information, payment card numbers, or confidential documents through the website form or by unsecured email. Information you submit is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Third-Party Links and Services
This website links to other websites, including our profiles on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and Yelp, and it embeds a Google Map on the contact and service areas pages. Those services are operated independently by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies.
We provide these links and embeds for convenience. We do not control those services, we do not endorse everything on them, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy, or data practices. Your use of a third-party service is between you and that provider.
Disclaimer
The content on this website is provided for general informational purposes. It is offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that the information on it is complete, accurate, or current at any given moment.
Our guides and troubleshooting articles are educational. They describe general situations and are not an inspection of, or specific instructions for, your particular door, opener, or property. They are not a substitute for a qualified technician evaluating the equipment in person. Do not rely on them to perform work involving springs, cables, or other high-tension components. If you choose to act on general information from this website, you do so at your own risk.
Nothing on this website constitutes legal, engineering, insurance, or code-compliance advice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Angel Garage Door Inc and its owners, officers, and employees will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or loss of use, arising out of or relating to your use of this website or your reliance on its content, whether the claim is based in contract, tort, or any other theory, and even if we have been advised that such damages are possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of this website is limited to one hundred United States dollars (US$100). For claims arising out of services we actually performed, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific work giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud, for gross negligence, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you. In that case, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Angel Garage Door Inc and its owners, officers, and employees from any third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal costs arising out of your misuse of this website, your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, your infringement of a third party’s rights, or your submission of information you did not have the right to provide. We will notify you of any such claim and may participate in its defense at our own expense.
Changes to the Website
We may add, change, correct, suspend, or remove any part of this website at any time, including pages, service descriptions, guides, and images, without notice and without liability to you. We may also limit availability of the website or any feature to any person or geographic area. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or that content will be retained indefinitely.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the “Last updated” date at the top. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the website after that means you accept the revised Terms, so we encourage you to review this page periodically. Changes do not retroactively alter the terms of work already performed.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this website are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would apply the law of another jurisdiction.
You agree that any legal action or proceeding will be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts, except where applicable law requires or permits otherwise, including your right to bring a qualifying claim in small claims court.
We encourage you to contact us first at (619) 777-5628 or angelgaragedoorinfo@gmail.com so we can try to resolve any concern directly.
General Provisions
- Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will stay in full effect.
- No waiver. If we do not enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion, that is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
- Assignment. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of the business.
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written estimate, work authorization, or invoice for a specific job, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding this website.
- Force majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including supply shortages, carrier delays, utility or network outages, severe weather, and government action.
